I was very pleased with the service I got at LINE-X. I wanted to have a roof-rack installed on the camper shell of my truck. The lady I spoke to over the phone, Chris, was very patient and helpful as far as figuring out what I needed. She did all the research, spoke with her son who works there and would be the one installing it, and she called me back numerous times to let me know what it would cost and how it could be done. They were very nice and professional.

Very professional. Called back about my initial inquiry within a couple of hours. Scheduled the work needed within a reasonable timetable. Promptly called me back to keep me informed later, letting me know when an item I expected couldn’t arrive until a later date. Called to remind me when I needed to have my vehicle at their shop. Performed the work exactly as they described (timing and quality). Gave me good advice for the longevity of the work performed. They pay attention to details. They did what they said they would do. If only all businesses operated by these principles.
