At St. Jude’s, they believe in finding cures and saving children-and they have been doing just that. St. Jude’s is one of the most respected and well-known hospitals in the world. Founded in 1962, St. Jude Children’s Research hospital has been finding cures and saving children for over half a century. Because of the dedication of all those involved with the hospital, St. Jude’s has helped increase the survival rate of childhood cancer from 20% to 80%. St. Jude’s provides care and treatments, research and training. St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital treats the toughest childhood cancers and children’s diseases. It provides guidance, knowledge, information and relief to families in difficult and grievous situations-physically, emotionally and financially. And, amazingly, it does all of this without ever sending patients’ families a bill.
